Considering she wasn’t nominated for anything, Jennifer Lopez may well have the most talked about dress of the night. Not only did it inspire some controversial emmy 2011 nominees (and possibly racist?) comments from E!’s red carpet police panel, but its plunging neckline left no small amount of people wondering if they’d just seen Lopez’ areola on national television.
As emmy 2011 nominees Jennifer took to the stage with Cameron Diaz to present the award for Best Costume Design ( Arianne Phillips was robbed , we say!), it appeared as though the barest edge of areola was peeking out of her Zuhair Murad gown. But was it nipple? Or just a shadow? Or maybe a sliver of boob tape?
